We actually went to another Ram dealer for a repair on our 2021 Powerwagon and were told it would be 48 hours before our pickup could be diagnosed. So we drove to Shottenkirk in Canton. The service department was great from check-in, diagnostic time, and repair. Entire process was completed in 3 hours. Shottenkirk had great follow-up making sure we were happy with our repair. We highly recommend Shottenkirk - very professional and they cared. Customer service was great!!!

Dustin the service advisor seemed very honest and tried hard to save me some money, however I knew my 10 yr old Dodge that had not been serviced in a very long time needed to be inspected thoroughly. They did this for me very quickly and efficiently from late afternoon before a holiday, Many items were repaired and my Dodge was ready the next day. This was my first visit to this Dodge dealer and I am very glad I found them. I highly recommend this dealerships service department.

Issue with multimedia display unit freezing and rebooting right after purchase of 2025 JGCReserve. Contacted Shottenkirk service department, met with Derrek, Service Manager to address the problem. After diagnostics, a replacement multimedia unit was ordered which has not fixed the problem of the display freezing or downloading maps. Research continues at the manufacturing level on fixing the problem. Shottenkirk confirmed they will continue to be supportive until the problem is resolved. Overall, very attentive and supportive service from Derrek and all his team. Highly recommend Shottenkirk in both the Sales and Service departments. Thank you!

1 visit to this location for service. I was greeted at my car and my service guy was very attentive to my car needs. He set up my account and while I waited for my vehicle I enjoy a snack and drink. The waiting area and restroom were clean and well stocked.
